My journey in fitness began long before certifications and degrees. As a lifelong athlete, I fell in love with how movement can change your life early on. But it was my personal ups and downs—including losing two parents—that really shaped how I think about wellness. These tough times taught me that health is about so much more than just exercise, and that having real, honest connections with people matters more than anything.
I've been in the fitness world for over a decade, doing everything from one-on-one training to leading the pack as a Senior Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness. Every step of the way, I've become more convinced that real, lasting change happens when we look at the whole person, not just their workout routine.
That's why I started Define Wellness—to help women like you rewire your brains for lasting health, in a way that fits into your real life. I'm not just here for physical transformations; I want to help you prioritize yourself and become the best version of you.
When I'm not coaching, you'll catch me pushing my limits in fitness classes, hanging out with my nieces and nephews (who are basically my BFFs), or spending time with the amazing women in my life who keep me grounded. Because at the end of the day, wellness is about living a full, balanced life—and that's exactly what I'm here to help you do.
